Miguel del Rey Aynat is an Architect and University Professor of Architectural Projects for the Escuela de Arquitectura of Valencia. He is responsible for the Grupo "PAISAR - Landscaping and Rural Architecture" for the Instituto de Restauración of the UPV. While teaching and researching, he also accepted professional projects for which he received various awards such as: Premio Europa Nostra for the restoration of the City Hall in Morella (1997).
Among his renovation work highlights include: the Fabrica Giner complex in Morella (XIX), La Casa del Consell (S. XIV) in Morella, La Alquería de Barrinto (S XIV) , etc.
Under construction: La Feria de Alicante (1991), La Lonja de Santa Pola (1996). In gardens and parks: El Jardín de las Hespérides (2000) in Valencia. El Palmeral de Santa Pola (2003).El Jardín del Boulevard Central de la Universidad Jaume I (2004). El parque de la Barbera in Villajoyosa (2004)
