Architect and Industrial Engineer for the Universitat Politécnica of Catalonia (Barcelona). He has been professor of the course "Projects" in the Architectural Association of London, in the Escuela T. S. de Arquitectura in Barcelona and the Escuela de Ingenieros Industriales of Barcelona, where at the moment he is giving doctorate courses. He has drafted Special Plans for various Historic Centers, such as the ones in Málaga and Palma. He formed part of the editorial team for the Anillo Olímpico and del Estadio Olímpico of Barcelona, and is the author of various books such as "Arquitectura Tradicional de la isla de Mallorca" (1993), "La casa popular mallorquina" (1996), y "Las raíces de Palma" (2000). He is a member of the Governing Body of the Colegio de Arquitectos of Illes Balears.
