This site is the location of the former factory belonging to the Catalan company, AC Marca, now devoted to develop apartments and business premises in the frame of the current industrial area new planning.

Layetana Developments plans to construct more than 350 apartments on the site and arrange over 12,000 m2 of green areas, of which a significant part will become a large central square.

The innovative design of the buildings will provide for a continuous and matching façade treatment pursuing an interaction with the appearance of the city, adjacent buildings and green areas.
