In 2007, Fira de Barcelona will complete expansion work on its new premises on Gran Vía, turning it into the second largest exhibition centre in Europe and the most important in terms of its architecture and city planning.
Directly opposite the new Plaza Europa is the future location of the Torres Fira: a hotel and office building totalling 54,000 m2. The development will include premises for local businesses. |
