This unique 35-floor building measures 144 metres in height and is home to the Catalan water utility company, Grupo Agbar. Torre Agbar, the new symbol of Barcelona’s skyline, was designed by the architect Jean Nouvel, who found inspiration in the land, nature and architectural legacy of Antoni Gaudí and the nearby hills of Montserrat.

The tower consists of two non-concentric oval cylinders crowned by a glass and steel dome. In its interior, the tower is completely free of columns.
