Can Framis is an office complex located on the only property still to be renovated on Barcelona’s most important avenue, Avinguda Diagonal. The site is part of the old industrial district of El Poblenou which is now being converted into the new district 22@, a new, attractive business location.
Whilst maintaining the existing building layout, the project will join the three buildings together, thus making communication easier between the different areas. The design plan for the building’s façade involves restoring architecturally valuable features and adding some contemporary elements.
