The first residential building developed by Layetana Developments in Valencia is fully sold one year before the handover of the homes

Sagunto Park, in Calle Sagunto in Valencia, is a development which Layetana Developments has planned mainly for young families. This building, comprising 68 flats, was designed by the Valencian architects' studio Marta Orts y Carlos Trullenque, with a modern façade with mobile Venetian blinds with adjustable slats. Inside, these slats offer great luminosity and temperature control. The common outdoor area features a swimming-pool with a relaxation area, garden and playground, so that families can enjoy themselves without leaving the complex. Work continues as scheduled, with the handover date planned for the fourth quarter of 2007.
