94% of the homes in the Las Arcadias building in Gran Via - Passeig de Gràcia have been sold, within just three months of its inauguration

The Las Arcadias building, developed by Layetana Developments in Barcelona, is almost fully sold just three months after completion, in yet another boost for the success of this concept for independent elderly persons, now its fourth development in Barcelona. Las Arcadias Gran Via - Passeig de Gràcia is located in the city centre, providing access to a large number of nearby high-level stores and services. The project, created by the firm of architects AdM Moragas-Compta Arquitectes was carried out without any alteration to the original façade of the building, dating back to 1871; it thus retains its original spirit and the urban structure and image of L'Eixample district of Barcelona, via the façade's colours and shapes.
