Layetana Developments inaugurates its first international office in Warsaw.

In line with the company's growth plan for the next 10 years, in October Layetana Developments opened its office in the Polish capital, located in the city centre, in the Atrium International Business Centre. The Warsaw team, led by Ignasi Pigrau, is now 100% operational and engages in seeking out and acquiring land, especially in the capital.

In Poland, Layetana Developments plans to develop essentially housing facilities.
