Strong participation by Layetana Developments in the tenth edition of Barcelona Meeting Point 2006.
Yet another year, Layetana Developments was present at the BMP, which was held between 7th and 12th November, at the exhibition facilities in Montjuïc, featuring an innovative stand dedicated to its residential business.
The company’s aim this year was to underline the importance of multi-family housing, the volume and quality of which largely define the urban setting of our cities.
Layetana Developments thus aimed to convey the idea that the quality of residential projects is not limited to a pleasing façade, but is also an essential aspect of people’s day-to-day lives, in such aspects as the quality of the space itself, the maximum height of the various rooms, a carefully-planned, optimised layout, maximum use of natural light and the flat’s relation to the exterior. These concepts were represented conceptually and elegantly via neon tubes depicting the silhouette of various spaces inside a home, all set against a pure, black space.
On the day the exhibition was inaugurated, 7th November, Layetana Developments also held its traditional welcome cocktail party attended by over 150 guests
