From when Layetana Developments was founded in 1964, the company has concentrated on residential property development. Up to the present day, it has built 2,500 homes.


Futhermore, in the 70s and 80s, it was present in the hotel sector as developers, constructors and investors, as well as managers, through its ownership of the hotel chains, Hesperia Hoteles and Occidental Hoteles.
