Luis García-Ruiz Guasp was born in Palma de Majorca on 9 August 19 46. He graduated from the Barcelona School of Architecture in 1970 where he specialized in city planning. He opened his office in Palma in 1971.

He was a cultural member of the Architects' Institute of Catalonia (COAC) between 1971 and 1975 and Technical Advisor to the Selva Town Council between 1976 and 1980. From 1980 to 1991, he was Municipal Architect for the Sóller Town Council.

Luís García-Ruiz Guasp is currently representative of the Architects' Association of the Balearics (COAB) on the Provincial City Planning Commission and the Architectural Member of the Municipal Institution of Housing. He is a member of the Pilar and Joan Miró Palma de Majorca Foundation. In 2002 he was nominated as an Academic Member (Architecture) of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of Saint Sebastian in Palma .

Jaime García-Ruiz Guasp was born in Palma on 23 March 19 48. He graduated from the Barcelona School of Architecture in 1972 where he specialised in construction. He opened his office in Palma in 1973. He was a municipal member of the Architects' Association of the Balearics (COAB) between 1978 and 1981. Jaime García-Ruiz Guasp was Municipal Architect for the Alaró Town Council between 1978 and 1990.
